At Dunne Creations, we make every effort to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable experience. We hope that our policies do just that. Read about them below and be sure to contact our team with any questions.
Shipping Policy
Dunne Creations orders are shipped via Australia post, with a choice of standard or express shipping. All products are made to order. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Express or standard shipping can be selected at checkout. We also offer delivery for all local orders, which can also be selected at checkout. Shipping is based on the weight of the total order.

Shipping times may vary between location across Australia. Orders can be tracked on the Australian Post website.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14 day return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at dunnecreations@gmail.com. You will need to include your full name, order number and the reason you wish to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged and defective items:
​Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you have the wrong item so that we can evaluate and make things right.

Please note that each candle, wax melt, diffuser, resin tray and charcuterie board is individually handmade; therefore, the actual colour and appearance of the products may have slight differences. Minor air bubbles may be visible, and this is not considered as defects.

In the very unlikely event that your parcel is lost during delivery, we will issue either a store credit or a replacement, subject to written confirmation from the delivery courier.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a store credit and select a new item.

Refunds
As we are a small business, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are happy for you to return your item for a store credit.
